Pack Your Items
Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it inside a padded shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
